What We Offer
Pediatric Care (ages 2+)
Whether your child has a sore throat or needs a sports physical, you can depend on us to support their health and wellbeing. Your children have access to the same services available to you, from providers you can trust.
We offer onsite testing and offsite collections and can send your results electronically through My Premise Health. You can also discuss your results with your provider during an in-person or virtual follow-up appointment.
Vaccines are a key part of public health, which is why we offer convenient access to many essential vaccinations. Our providers will help you determine which ones are right for you based on your age, conditions, travel habits, and other factors.
A woman’s healthcare needs are unique. That’s why we give all women, and those assigned female at birth, the personalized care they need to stay well. Our providers also offer screenings for breast cancer and cervical cancer.
If you’re at home or don’t feel well enough to stop by, you can get the care you need. The Premise Health Wellness Center offers virtual visits through your patient portal, My Premise Health, during business hours.
