We work with employers to develop plan designs that incentivize increased engagement with preventive care. During benefits enrollment, members can choose the Premise Preferred Health Plan which has a significantly lower premium, free primary care, and low out of pocket costs. Once they enroll, they simply select a primary care provider (PCP), complete one visit per year, and receive coordinated referrals from their PCP when specialty care is needed.
