Premise Health is proud to support our airline clients and their team members through the COVID-19 pandemic. While their employees are quarantined at hotels between flights, in cities where they might not have any connections or family, our providers are bringing food and treats to their doors and making regular calls to keep their spirits up. Many of our health center managers, NP’s and RN’s have also made themselves available for after-hour calls to support managers and employees with COVID-19 related needs.
In addition, while the client has had to temporarily shut down their campus (with the exception of essential personal), our team has kept the health center up and running and has continued to conduct condition-specific outreach and coordinate care needs like monitoring, medication adherence, prescription refills, and virtual visits for our members.
