During these uncertain times, Premise providers have gone above and beyond to stay to connected to their members. At the beginning of the pandemic, the wellness and fitness center teams at one of our sites joined together to create a program called “Wellness BINGO”. Through this fun activity, members were able to participate in wellness activities from home such as self-care, workouts, and wellness reviews to establish goals. Members were able to participate in the activities on their own or with their families.
Premise providers also called each member involved to promote the use of virtual visits, inform them about medication refills, and give them updates on wellness center operations. Through this continued support, members have been able to stay connected with their providers and boost their overall wellbeing.
