#PremiseCares: Fitness teams keep members engaged while centers are closed

While fitness centers are closed due to COVID-19, our fitness teams are keeping members engaged by shifting to a virtual-first approach. One team, in particular, has gone above and beyond to not only keep their members involved but also attract and engage hundreds of new members. This four-person team has taken on the task of creating daily challenges, sending out seven weekly workouts, and offering eight virtual group exercise classes per day. In addition, this team has begun offering virtual personal training sessions to team members. In the first 5 weeks of this program, they have held 60 personal training sessions with over half of the participants being new members. These sessions allow the trainers to continue making personal connections with members while the fitness center itself is closed.
