Unwind and Strengthen with Afternoon Yoga


Feeling burnt out or sluggish by the time the afternoon rolls around? Join us for this quick 25-minute yoga class designed to give your mind and body an afternoon break and get energized for the rest of your day. Yoga can be very beneficial for people of all activity levels, and a regular yoga practice can help you build strength, flexibility, and improve concentration. Take time today to focus on relaxation techniques, breathing exercises, and yoga poses that help you strengthen what’s weak and open what’s tight.

This class is led by experienced Premise instructor Stephen Al Sheikhli, who has been teaching yoga for 13 years. Stephen has studied with several master yoga teachers and has practiced and taught a range of yoga styles. He encourages students to be patient and persistent as they work to build strength and flexibility in order to fully reap the benefits a yoga practice can offer.
