What We Offer
Primary Care
Pediatric Care (ages 2+)
Whether your child has a sore throat or needs a sports physical, you can depend on us to support their health and wellbeing. Your children have access to the same services available to you, from providers you can trust.
Pharmacy
You can fill your prescriptions and purchase over-the-counter medications all in one visit. Your pharmacist and provider will work together to help you understand your medications and support your overall health.
Women’s Health
A woman’s healthcare needs are unique. That’s why we give all women, and those assigned female at birth, the personalized care they need to stay well. Our providers also offer screenings for breast cancer and cervical cancer.
Biometric Screenings
A biometric screening is a quick and simple checkup that includes bloodwork and body measurements, giving you a snapshot of your health to help you determine what healthy behaviors to keep and when to make lifestyle changes.
Lab Services
We offer onsite testing and offsite collections and can send your results electronically through My Premise Health. You can also discuss your results with your provider during an in-person or virtual follow-up appointment.
Vaccinations
Vaccines are a key part of public health, which is why we offer convenient access to many essential vaccinations. Our providers will help you determine which ones are right for you based on your age, conditions, travel habits, and other factors.
HydroMassage
