All wellness coaching services are 100% confidential and provided by a certified wellness coach. Highly personalized and conveniently accessed, wellness coaching sessions can be conducted face to face or over the phone.

Wellness coaching is a unique behavior change process that is delivered by behavior change specialists. It is tailored to an individual’s needs and strengths. The coach honors a member’s unique situation and experience to facilitate intentional health and wellness change.

By building strong relationships with wellness coaches, our program enables members to learn more about themselves, try new strategies, adopt new skills, and set goals that move them closer to their highest state of well-being. In addition, the My Premise Health member portal makes progress and goal-tracking easier than ever with the ability to sync activity trackers and other medical devices.

Premise Health wellness coaches are required to be certified by Wellcoaches®, considered to be the gold standard in wellness coach training. Wellcoaches® partners with both American College of Sports Medicine and with the American College of Lifestyle Medicine.
