The Tennessean Ranks Premise Health as Top Workplace for Eleventh Consecutive Year

Premise Health has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2026 honor by The Tennessean for the eleventh consecutive year. The company ranked second out of 46 large companies in Middle Tennessee and first among healthcare companies. Premise Chief Executive Officer Stu Clark also received the leadership award in the large employer category, which was based on feedback provided by Premise employees.

“We’re honored to be recognized as a Top Workplace for the eleventh consecutive year, but what matters most is what this says about our team,” Clark said. “Our people are the power behind everything we do. This recognition reflects a culture built intentionally—one where we stay focused on our mission, support one another, and work as one team to deliver meaningful impact. I’m incredibly grateful to our team members across the country who live that commitment every day.”

The list is based on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey from employee engagement technology partner Energage. The survey is confidential, measuring key cultural drivers for organizational success and employee experience, including respect and support, growth enablement, and empowerment to execute.

“Earning a Top Workplaces award is a badge of honor for companies, especially because it comes authentically from their employees,” said Energage CEO Eric Rubino. “That’s something to be proud of. In today’s market, leaders must ensure they’re allowing employees to have a voice and be heard. That’s paramount. Top Workplaces do this, and it pays dividends.”
