The Tennessean Names Premise Health a Top Workplace for Sixth Straight Year

Premise Health has been awarded a 2021 Top Workplace designation by The Tennessean for the sixth consecutive year. In the large employer category, Premise ranked third out of 14 companies and was the top healthcare organization. The company was also recognized with a specialty award in the Direction category, which was awarded based upon team members’ positive response to the survey question, “I believe Premise Health is going in the right direction.”

“Being named a top workplace by The Tennessean for the sixth consecutive year is something we do not take for granted and are extremely proud of,” said Premise CEO, Stu Clark. “The resiliency of our team after a challenging year is both humbling and inspiring, and our commitment to a mission-driven, team-first culture allows us to continue to provide the best care possible to our clients and members under all circumstances.”

Rankings are based solely on anonymous employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by Energage, LLC, an employee engagement technology partner. The survey specifically measures 15 drivers of engaged cultures that are critical to the success of any organization, including alignment, execution, and connection, among others.
