Rankings are determined solely based on team member feedback, gathered by a third-party survey administered by research partner Energage, LLC. All responses, focused on workplace culture, are recorded anonymously.

“Attracting and retaining top talent will always be our No. 1 priority at Premise Health, as our people are our greatest asset,” said Premise CEO Stu Clark. “Receiving this award alongside other reputable organizations reaffirms our commitment to enhance the team member experience and our focus on a team-based culture.”

Organizations recognized as Top Workplaces attract better talent and keep their turnover rates low, according to Doug Claffey, CEO of Energage. He added that a healthy workplace culture supports employee engagement.

“Becoming a Top Workplace isn’t something organizations can buy,” Claffey said. “It’s an achievement organizations have worked for and a distinction that gives them a competitive advantage. It’s a big deal.”
