Premise Health Receives Training MVP Award for Fourth Consecutive Year
Premise Health was recognized by Training magazine as a 2026 MVP Award winner for the fourth consecutive year. In 2026, Premise ranked No. 40 out of 91 organizations, exceeding its first ranking of No. 70 in 2023.
“As a people-first organization, being named a Training MVP Award winner for the fourth year in a row is especially meaningful because it reinforces that our commitment to learning and development isn’t a program on the side – it’s core to how we attract, grow, and retain great talent,” said Premise CHRO Liz Reimer.
“When team members have access to thoughtful, skills-based development at every stage of their career, they’re more engaged, more confident, and better equipped to deliver outstanding experiences for our clients and members. I’m incredibly proud of our organizational development teams and every leader at Premise who makes growth a daily priority for their people.”

- Total training budget
- Percentage of payroll
- Scope of training programs provided
- Detailed formal and informal training programs
- Training linked to business/business unit goals
- Kirkpatrick Level 3 (behavior change) and 4 evaluation (business outcomes)
