Premise Health Named Top Workplace for Third Year in a Row

Premise Health has been awarded a 2018 Top Workplace honor by The Tennessean, receiving second place out of 10 companies and special recognition for work/life flexibility. It was the only healthcare organization recognized in the large company division.

It is the third year in a row the company has earned a spot on the list, which is based solely on team member feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by research partner Energage, LLC. The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection.

“We see talent and culture as the top priorities for our organization over the next 10 years,” said Premise CEO Stu Clark. “We’re honored to have our efforts to date recognized in this manner, and we are committed to a long-term vision to further enhance our team member experience.”

Research shows that organizations recognized as Top Workplaces attract better talent, experience lower turnover, and are better equipped to deliver bottom-line results, according to Doug Claffey, CEO of Energage.

“Becoming a Top Workplace isn’t something organizations can buy,” Claffey said. “It’s an achievement organizations have worked for and a distinction that gives them a competitive advantage. It’s a big deal.”
