Premise Health Named Tennessean Top Workplace for Ninth Straight Year
Premise Health has been named a 2024 Top Workplace by The Tennessean for the ninth consecutive year. The company ranked fourth out of 18 Middle Tennessee companies in the large employer category. In its category, Premise was the top healthcare organization to work for in the region, a position it’s held since 2017. Additionally, the company received a specialty award for the fifth consecutive year, this time earning recognition for its work/life flexibility offered to team members.
“We are extremely proud to be named a Top Workplace by the Tennessean for the ninth consecutive year, and we certainly don’t take this designation lightly even nine years running,” said Stu Clark, Premise CEO. “We often say, ‘Take away our capital, our customers, and our market – but leave us our teams and our culture, and we will find a way to win.’ We absolutely believe this to be true.”
Winning companies are determined based on anonymous employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey, administered by Energage, LLC, an employee engagement technology partner. The survey measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization, including alignment, execution, and connection.
“Being honored with a Top Workplaces award is a distinctive mark of excellence, setting companies apart in a recognizable way,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. “Top Workplaces embody the highest standards, and this award, rooted in authentic employee feedback, is a point of immense pride for company leaders.”
