Premise Health Named Tennessean Top Workplace for Eighth Straight Year

Premise Health has been named a 2023 Top Workplace by The Tennessean. This is the eighth consecutive year the company has been recognized, this year ranking fourth out of 18 Middle Tennessee companies in the large employer category. In its category, Premise was the top healthcare organization to work for in the region, a position it’s held since 2017. Additionally, the company received a specialty award for the fourth consecutive year, this time earning recognition for how well it communicates important decisions to its workforce.

“Eight consecutive years of our Middle Tennessee team members validating our culture and team member experience is no small feat,” said Stu Clark, Premise CEO. “We are humbled each year we are recognized as a top workplace. The Middle Tennessee/Nashville labor market is very competitive, and Nashville is the healthcare capital of the country, so to be consistently recognized as a top employer in this industry is incredibly significant. It validates where we put culture on our priority list. We are grateful every day for the contributions our team members make toward our mission.”

Winning companies are determined based solely on anonymous employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey, administered by Energage, LLC, an employee engagement technology partner. The survey measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization, including alignment, execution, and connection.

“Earning a Top Workplaces award is a badge of honor for companies, especially because it comes authentically from their employees,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. “That’s something to be proud of. In today’s market, leaders must ensure they’re allowing employees to have a voice and be heard. That’s paramount. Top Workplaces do this, and it pays dividends.”
