Premise Health Certified as Great Place to Work for Second Consecutive Year

Premise Health has earned Great Place to Work certification for the second year in a row, which is determined by employee feedback gathered through an anonymous survey. 86% of surveyed team members stated Premise is a great place to work, compared to a reported 59% of employees at a typical U.S.-based company.

The Great Place to Work survey measures employees’ perception of credibility, respect, fairness, level of pride in what they do, and more. Earning certification qualifies Premise for numerous top workplace lists for the next calendar year. Based on the company’s 2020-2021 certification, Premise was ranked 12th on Fortune’s Best Workplaces in Health Care & Biopharma, named to Fortune’s Best Workplaces in New York, and recognized on Great Place to Work’s Best Workplaces in Texas list.

“Earning Great Place to Work certification for a second consecutive year is an incredible representation of our commitment to creating and sustaining a team-first culture,” said Premise CEO, Stu Clark.  “We always encourage our team members to speak up and let their voices be heard, which allows us to continually improve the team member experience.”
