Premise Health Certified as a Great Place To Work for the Seventh Consecutive Year
Premise Health has been CertifiedTM by Great Place To Work® for the seventh consecutive year. This year, 87% of surveyed employees agreed that Premise is a great place to work.
“I’m always honored to hear that we’ve earned certification as a Great Place To Work,” said Chief Human Resources Officer Liz Reimer. “These results are so meaningful because they are based on direct feedback from our team members. We’re proud to see that our efforts to build a trusting and inclusive culture are reflected in their responses. I can’t thank every team member and leader within our organization enough for their continued effort to uphold our values and continue providing a meaningful experience for everyone at Premise Health.”
Responses from Premise team members were gathered using Great Place To Work’s Trust Index Survey, which provides insights across five focus areas of a high-trust company culture: credibility, respect, fairness, pride in one’s work, and sense of belonging.
