Premise Health Awarded for Its Commitment to Veterans

Premise Health has been recognized with several designations for its dedication to hiring and retaining veterans and ongoing effort to support the military community, spouses, and families. For the sixth consecutive year, Premise was named a Military Friendly® Employer by VIQTORY, earning the #1 rank for the second year. In addition, the organization received the Military Spouse Friendly ® Employer designation. This marks the fifth year in a row Premise has been recognized with this distinction, and the first year to rank #1. Both were awarded in the $500 – $999 million revenue category.

Military Friendly rankings are determined by VIQTORY, which measures companies’ commitment and success in creating a meaningful and positive experience for veterans and military spouses. The methodology focuses on specific policies, processes, resources, and investments that companies have put in place to help determine which have had the most impact on career development. For the first time, Premise made the 2022 Military Times Best for Vets: Employers list, ranking #163. Rankings are based on the results of a voluntary, self-report survey that covers the policies and practices that make companies an attractive place to work for current employees and future job seekers within the military community. The methodology aims to identify and highlight the efforts made to recruit, retain, and support current and former service members, military spouses, and military caregivers. “We are honored to be recognized on the Military Friendly Employer, Military Spouse Friendly Employer, and Military Times Best for Vets: Employer lists” said Premise CEO Stu Clark. “Our veteran and military spouse team members’ mission-driven approach to service, strong work ethic, and selflessness are qualities we deeply value, and we remain committed to harnessing the incredible talent of these individuals and their families because we are better with them on our team.”

In addition, Premise earned the VETS Indexes 3 Star Employer designation earlier this year for its commitment to recruiting, hiring, retaining, developing, and supporting veterans and military-connected community.
