Post-merger, Brentwood Workplace Clinic Company Plots Growth, Transformation

Last summer, two workplace clinic companies merged to create a combined company with more than 500 clinics nationwide, 4,000 total employees and approximately 450 employees based at offices in Brentwood and Franklin.

While Premise Health has always and will always offer onsite clinics, the company plans to reposition itself as a “patient engagement organization,” Clark said.

“Our job as a team is now to extend our influence of that patient beyond the four walls … of the clinic,” he said.With 10 million lives in its system, Clark said he sees the growth of Premise as a way to make significant changes for people living with a “broken” primary care system.
