Great Place to Work® Names Premise Health to 2021 Best Workplaces in Texas™ List
ealth has been recognized by Great Place to Work® as one of the 2021 Best Workplaces in Texas™. Securing a spot on the highly competitive list demonstrates Premise’s commitment to a team-first culture during a challenging year. The award comes on the heels of Premise being recognized by Fortune and Great Place to Work® as one of the 2021 Best Workplaces in Health Care & Biopharma™, where 89% of team members reported Premise as a great place to work. Premise was the only direct healthcare company to be included in the large company category, which consisted of 65 ranked organizations.
Great Place to Work, the global authority on workplace culture, selected the list using rigorous analytics and confidential employee feedback. Companies were only considered if they are Great Place to Work-Certified™ , which Premise earned in December 2020. This certification confirms as least seven of 10 Premise team members have a consistently positive work experience.
The U.S. employees from each organization on the list participated in a survey to provide feedback on their work culture and experiences. Of those employees, nearly 73,000 were Texas-based and their confidential survey results were analyzed to determine the 2021 Best Workplaces in Texas list.
