Premise’s journey began by creating a dedicated team tasked with defining company environmental, social, and governance (ESG) goals and laying out a roadmap for the future. While this journey is just beginning, the concepts of ESG have always been woven into the fabric of the Premise mission and vision. Health centers are near where people live and work, which means convenient access, quicker drives, and lower emissions. Members receive culturally competent care to address and provide solutions for social drivers of health. And all health-related records are safe and kept private, secured by our stringent and certified security measures.
