The Tennessean Names Premise Health a Top Workplace for Fifth Straight Year

Premise Health has been awarded a 2020 Top Workplace honor by The Tennessean for the fifth consecutive year. The company was one of the top healthcare organizations to receive this honor.

The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC. The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 drivers of engaged cultures that are critical to the success of any organization: including alignment, execution, and connection, among others.

“Attracting and retaining top talent and preserving our award-winning culture will always be top priorities at Premise Health because our people are our greatest asset,” said Premise CEO Stu Clark. “Being named a top workplace by The Tennessean for the fifth consecutive year alongside other reputable organizations reaffirms our commitment to enhance the team member experience and our focus on a team-based culture.”  During times of uncertainty and change, maintaining a connection with team members is critical, according to Eric Rubino, Energage CEO.

“When you give your employees a voice, you come together to navigate challenges and shape your path forward based on real-time insights into what works best for your organization,” said Rubino. “The Top Workplaces program can be that positive outcome your company can rally around in the coming months to celebrate leadership and the importance of maintaining an employee-focused culture, even during challenging times.”
