Premise Health’s Corporate Athlete Program Featured as L&D Best Practice in Training Magazine

Following the announcement of its 2025 APEX Award winners earlier this year, Training magazine featured Premise’s Corporate Athlete Program in, “L&D Best Practices: Strategies for Success (July 2025).”

Annually, Training magazine asks Training MVP Awards winners and Hall of Famers to provide their organizational expertise on learning and development best practices. This year, Premise Growth Enablement Manager Sarah Roschitz provided commentary on the company’s Corporate Athlete Program, a four-week course that provides participants with tips and strategies along four key dimensions of energy—physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.

“Premise Health takes pride in fostering a culture that prioritizes the well-being and performance of its team members. One way we’ve done this is by developing a Corporate Athlete Program. This transformative four-week experience aims to equip participants with the tools they need to thrive both personally and professionally.”

Initially, the program was established as a one-hour session provided to Premise operators and received overwhelmingly positive feedback, with participants reporting positive behavioral changes, increased physical activity, improved and sustained work-life balance, and that they were likely to recommend it to a co-worker.

The program has since grown into a comprehensive four-week initiative, with virtual and pre-recorded sessions, live participation groups, and actionable strategies according to each energy pillar. Roschitz also provided keys to success for organizations looking to create similar strategies or training programs for their people.

“By equipping team members with tools to manage their energy across all four pillars, Corporate Athlete is more than your typical HR program—it’s a movement that transforms lives and drives organizational success.”
