Premise Health Receives Top Rankings on Military Friendly® and Military Times lists for Mission-Driven Approach to Supporting Veterans and Families

Premise Health was once again recognized as a leading employer for veterans and military spouses by Military Friendly® and Military Times in 2025, receiving top rankings across the annual surveys.

“Receiving consistent high marks from Military Friendly and Military Times is a remarkable achievement for our organization and one that our team members should be proud of,” said Premise Military Program Manager Matt Watkins.

With the announcement of the 2026 Military Friendly® Employer and Spouse Employer lists, it was revealed that Premise received top 10 rankings of fourth and third respectively. Starting in 2017, Premise has been recognized by Military Friendly as a leading employer of veterans and military spouses; this year marking the eighth and sixth award years respectively.

The Military Friendly® survey has been conducted since 2003 and has provided organizations across the nation with a framework for the continued improvement of initiatives that enhance the lives of veterans and their families.

In addition, Military Times announced its 2025 Best for Vets: Employers lists, awarding Premise the overall rank of No. 40 out of 245, rating Premise as No. 1 in Tennessee, No. 4 in Healthcare, and No. 28 in the Large Enterprise categories.

Watkins added, “Though I have the honor of working with our military and veteran communities directly, it’s the efforts of others which laid the groundwork for the success of our program today. I’m grateful for those who took up the call to action to build an exceptional support system for our veterans, military spouses, reservists, and their families.”
