Premise Health Receives Sixth Consecutive Great Place to Work Certification
“I’m proud to be part of an executive leadership team that deliberately prioritizes team member experience, placing it as a foundational pillar of the organization’s annual strategic goals,” said Chief Human Resource Officer Liz Reimer.
“This recognition is validation of our collective effort to provide a sense of growth and belonging, which we refer to internally with our rally cry, ‘Better Together.’ I look forward to being a part of the continued efforts by our leaders and team members across the nation to provide the hallmark Premise team member experience and opportunities for personal and professional development.”
For over 30 years, Great Place to Work has surveyed leading organizations to measure employees’ workplace experiences, satisfaction and trust within their organization. With nearly 1.3 million responses annually, the survey provides insights on five dimensions of an organization’s workplace culture: credibility, respect, fairness, pride in one’s work, and sense of belonging.
Several survey data points affirmed Premise’s team-first culture, including:
- 96% of team members believe this is a physically safe place to work
- 93% believe our customers would rate the service we deliver as “excellent”
- 91% reported that when they joined, they felt welcomed
- 90% reported that they feel a sense of pride in their accomplishments and that they can take time off work when necessary
