Premise Health Re-Certified as a Great Place to Work for Fifth Consecutive Year
Since 2020, Premise Health has received employee-validated certification as a great workplace from Great Place to Work, a global leader in workplace certification. This year is the fifth consecutive year for Premise to receive this designation with 87% of surveyed employee’s stating that Premise is a great place to work.
“Our commitment to clinical quality, our culture of transparency, the fact that we are on the ‘right side’ of healthcare, and that we have a mission-first, team-centric culture allows us to attract, retain and grow the most talented professionals available.” said Stu Clark, CEO, Premise. “We are immensely grateful to all of our teams across the country for their continued dedication to providing a positive experience for themselves, their colleagues, and, ultimately, our members.”
The Great Place to Work survey is based on employees’ workplace experiences and measures employee satisfaction and trust within their organization. Questions cover five dimensions of workplace culture: credibility, respect, fairness, pride in one’s work, and sense of belonging.
Many of Premise’s survey data points speak to its team-first culture, including:
- 97% believe this is a physically safe place to work (1% increase from 2023)
- 96% believe people are treated fairly regardless of their sexual orientation
- 95% believe people are treated fairly regardless of their gender or race (1% increase from 2023)
