Premise Health Named Tennessean Top Workplace for Tenth Consecutive Year

Premise Health was recently awarded a spot on the 2025 Top Workplaces list by the Tennessean for the tenth consecutive year. The company ranked second out of 14 large companies in Middle Tennessee, reaffirming its status as one of the region’s top healthcare employers of this size—a distinction it has maintained since 2017. For the sixth year in a row, the organization also received a specialty award, with this year’s recognizing team member support of its strategic direction.
“Being named as a Top Workplace by the Tennessean for a decade is truly an honor,” said CEO, Stu Clark. “Premise continues to foster meaningful engagement and positive experiences for its team members because we recognize how critical an organization’s culture is to delivering the industry leading care and member experiences that we’re known for, here in Middle Tennessee and throughout the country.”
Award winners are determined based on third-party survey data collected by Energage. The survey gathers anonymous employee feedback, measuring culture drivers critical to the success of organizations dedicated to fostering a ‘people-first culture,’ including alignment, growth, execution, and support.
