Premise Health Email Marketing Helps Client Grow Health Center Utilization and Save $1.5M
Premise Health operates six onsite health centers for one of its large corporate clients, but since employees weren’t aware of the full range of covered service available, utilization was low.
Premise Health wanted to help educate the employees in order to boost service usage. The client agreed to serve as a beta tester for Premise Health’s new email marketing service: EmailOpen. After one year of using the service, the client had saved $1.5 million due to the drastic increase in health center utilization.
