Ratliff addressed advanced primary care, pointing out it rises above traditional care models.  

Ratliff remarks that, “Advanced primary care is a healthcare model that increases patients’ engagement with their own health by focusing on expanded healthcare access, whole-person care and population-level health outcomes, among several other components.” 

Ratliff also covers leveraging claims data to serve workforce healthcare needs and forecasts the top trends that she sees impacting the healthcare space in 2023. These include ‘pent-up demand’ and consequently the increasing costs of care.
