Premise Health CHRO Liz Reimer Joined ZipRecruiter’s Talent All-Stars to Talk Informative Experiences, Talent Acquisition, and Organizational Storytelling

In a recent episode of, “Talent All-Stars,” Premise Health’s Chief Human Resources Officer Liz Reimer spoke with ZipRecruiter President David Travers, sharing her experience and expertise as a leader in talent acquisition and benefits. 

Reflecting on her early career as a recruiter, Liz offered remarks about the experience of branching into different aspects of HR and how they inspired her to pursue leadership:  

“This is such an awesome thing, that I get to help people have an experience at work that then helps them have this wonderful career, and there’s no better place than in HR to be able to really touch any employee in the organization and help them with that. 

And so, I think as that morphed over a few years, after recruiting and getting into the HR functions, I was like, ‘this is the right place to be.’ For me, it was about generating a new experience for people while they came to work each and every day…” 

Liz and David also spoke about Liz’s transition from individual contributor to leader, what it’s like recruiting within the healthcare industry, key strategies for success in talent acquisition and retention, what it takes to attract talent at scale, and tips on effectively presenting to executives.
