5 Premise Health Clients Named to “Healthiest 100 Workplaces” List by Healthiest Employers
Healthiest Employers® is a trusted awards program that recognizes people-first organizations taking a more proactive approach to employee health. Its primary goal is to serve as a resource for organizations focused on improving their employees’ health, creating a community invested in their populations’ health and wellbeing.
In order to be evaluated for the list, employers completed an online assessment using the Healthiest Employers Index (HEI), a 1-100 metric, to measure their program for a regional list. This index was created and evaluated in part by a national, non-biased group of outside representatives from various disciplines including academia, medical, wellness, and business on behalf of Healthiest Employers and Springbuk. The criterion for ranking companies is based around six assessment categories: culture and leadership commitment, foundational components, strategic planning, communications and marketing, programming and interventions, and reporting and analytics.
