Patient-centered medical home

We will serve as the primary care provider for your population. Most of the sites we manage are designed around the patient-centered medical home model, and many are accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC). This means we are held to the highest standards in the industry for care quality and outcomes.

Primary care

While not designed to replace your employees’ primary care physician, our onsite primary care services provide a convenient place for regular checkups, acute care, wellness and condition management, and health education.

Occupational health

Keeping your employees safe is top priority – so we’ve built a program to prevent and respond to work-related illnesses and injuries. We also provide full support and documentation for safety and regulatory compliance programs.

Pharmacy

Our onsite pharmacies make it easier than ever for your employees to pick up prescriptions – while emphasizing one-on-one counseling, education and medication management.

Physical therapy

To us, delivering onsite physical therapy is about more than reducing the time your employees are away from work. It’s about helping them recover from injuries faster with less hassle.

Laboratory services

Your onsite lab makes it easier for your employees to get the tests they need – and results are electronically forwarded both to the onsite center and to any other outside members of their care team.

Dental care

We believe good dental care can be an integral part of an overall health plan – so we can integrate a full dental program into your onsite health center, offering preventive and urgent care services.

Vision care

Many eye problems have no obvious symptoms in their early stages – so we’ll work with you to make sure each of your employees has access to regular vision checkups.

Radiology

With onsite radiology services, your employees get faster diagnoses, treatment, and recovery for both routine and emergency services.

Health coaching and wellness

On both an individual and group basis, our professionals can work with your employees to help them make healthier choices. We’ll cover areas like fitness, nutrition, weight, stress, management of medical conditions, health risks, and other lifestyle choices.

Fitness centers

We’ll design and manage an onsite employee-based fitness center and program that matches your culture and gives you everything you need to build participation, and, of course, results.

Telemedicine

The delivery of care isn’t limited to the four walls of the health center. Your population can reach our dedicated medical professionals 24/7, meaning they are never left without access to high-quality care.

Absence management

With a greater focus on health, we’ll help you build a culture based on getting people back to work quickly. In some cases, an onsite case manager will work to connect employees with the services they need to get well.

Center design

Our implementation team will work with your real estate and planning teams to determine the best layout of your space. We can also support every aspect of your clinic, from layout and permitting to renovation and outfitting.

Installation and maintenance

Our size gives us a tremendous advantage with suppliers of medical equipment and supplies – so we’ll get the equipment and supplies you need for the right price.

Technology

No provider in our industry has invested more time, planning, and capital into technology. We measure everything that happens in your center – and, more importantly, provide our clients and our staff with actionable reporting that details what is happening with the health center and the user population.
