Half of Americans get their health insurance through work. As the labor market becomes more competitive, employers are having to evaluate their benefits structure and offerings to attract and retain team members. Standard offerings, such as medical coverage and retirement planning, are deemed mandatory benefits by employees. But today, there is growing demand for non-traditional offerings. From fertility support to parental leave and onsite services to behavioral health, benefits structures are being uniquely designed.

Panelists discussed the importance of getting feedback from employees about benefits they want offered, pros and cons of being an early adopter of innovative benefits strategies, and how to measure success of programs.
