Jami Doucette Joins Premise Health in New Leadership Role

Health Care Industry Leader Joins Largest Worksite Health and Wellness Company as it Accelerates Growth and Innovation Initiatives

Jami-Doucette_Premise-Health-HeadshotBRENTWOOD, Tenn. – Jami Doucette, MD, MBA, has joined Nashville-based Premise Health to lead its growth and innovation strategies during a time of unprecedented demand for worksite and near-site health centers.

Doucette will be based in Nashville and serve as the Company’s leader of growth, strategy and product, a newly created position at Premise Health. He will be responsible for accelerating the organization’s care delivery model into additional markets and revenue opportunities.

Most recently, Doucette served as leader for Paladina Health (a DaVita subsidiary) where he was instrumental as a core member of the executive team responsible for long-term strategy and growth.

Prior to Paladina, Doucette was CEO and founder of ModernMed, Inc., a health services company providing direct primary care through employer-based, onsite clinics and private physician offices. ModernMed was acquired by Paladina Health and Doucette subsequently led the merger and integration efforts. He began his career as an angel investor focused primarily in the health care and technology sectors.

Doucette graduated cum laude from Duke University with degrees in biology and economics. He went on to complete his MD and MBA in Health Management at Tufts University School of Medicine.
