Quicken Loans Debuts Rock Health Collective, a Concierge Health Facility Powered by Premise Health
Quicken Loans, the nation’s largest mortgage lender and one of America’s best companies to work for, today introduced the Rock Health Collective, a state-of-the-art concierge health and well-being center powered by Premise Health – the nation’s premier provider of direct health care. The facility is the first and only employer-sponsored on-site health center and pharmacy of its kind in Detroit created exclusively for company team members.
Rock Health Collective will address the entire health and well-being of the 17,000 team members that are employed by Quicken Loans and other associated companies that make up the “Rock Family of Companies,” working in downtown Detroit. The center will offer convenient access to a wide spectrum of health care needs. The comprehensive service offering includes:
- Primary Care
- Urgent Care
- Full-service Pharmacy
- Behavioral Health
- Physical Therapy
- Wellness Coaching
- Care Navigation
“Giving our team members the best health and well-being benefits has always been our priority. Our mission is to invest in our team members and their entire life – including physical health, well-being, financial stability and career development,” said Mike Malloy, Chief People Officer of Quicken Loans. “With the Rock Health Collective, care and world-class service are coming to our team members right here in downtown Detroit.”
The 17,000-square-foot facility sits at the top of the First National Building in the heart of downtown Detroit.
“With the Rock Health Collective, it was imperative that we identify and work with a partner at the top of their field – and Premise Health is known for delivering exceptional service and experiences,” said Malloy.
On average, Premise Health performs above the 90th percentile on national quality measures and sees an average net promoter score above 90. Quicken Loans team members will have access to these premium quality services at significantly lower costs than they would pay in normal provider settings.
“Quicken Loans and Premise Health share the same passion for healthy workplaces, and we are excited to partner with Quicken Loans on the creation of the Rock Health Collective,” said Jami Doucette, Premise Health President. “Quicken Loans’ award-winning culture is a reflection of the value it places in its team members, and we look forward to working together to innovate how team members access and experience health care.”
The modern and inviting layout of the Rock Health Collective was designed and implemented by nationally-acclaimed design studio Pophouse, formerly dPOP. Consultation for the facility was provided by Quicken Loans’ Pulse and Focus teams – which provide human resources and facilities services, respectively.
Providing forward-thinking well-being initiatives is nothing new for Quicken Loans. In addition to the Rock Health Collective, the company provides fertility benefits, adoption and foster assistance, paid maternity and paternity leave, a nationwide childcare subsidy, on-site meditation and wellness rooms and more – all in addition to unrivaled primary health coverage.
Quicken Loans has been recognized as a Michigan’s Best and Brightest in Wellness® winner for eight consecutive years, including being recognized as the best in the “large employer” category in 2018, and has been recognized on the national Best and Brightest list since 2015. Quicken Loans is currently hiring 1,300 additional team members to join its dynamic workplace and experience unparalleled benefits.
The Rock Health Collective will begin providing services beginning October 15, 2019.
