Elizabeth Reimer serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer where she leads Premise Health’s human resources strategy and is responsible for executing best-in-class initiatives in the following areas: talent acquisition, leadership development, HR technology, data analytics, employee relations, human resource business partners, and total rewards which includes compensation, benefits and wellbeing strategies.
Prior to joining Premise Health, Liz served as the Vice President of Human Resources for Cigna HealthSpring where she was an integral part of the senior leadership team. She helped grow the company from 150 to 4,500 employees, ultimately taking the organization public in 2006 before merging with the Cigna Corporation. Liz brings more than 18 years of expertise in progressive human resources practices within the healthcare industry, specializing in strategy development and execution, change management, organizational design and development, culture, as well as leading transitional acquisition and integration activities.
Liz received her Bachelor of Science in Communications and Business Administration from the State University of New York at Brockport.
